Our programs range from $500,000 to $30,000,000. We offer amortization of up to 30 years and loans with a fixed rate of up to 30 years and Loan-to-Value as high as 80%. Coast also offers structured financing for properties that are having problems with their cash flow and cannot qualify elsewhere. Coast is now offering SBA financing.

The newly created Coast Capital Fund, LLC, managed by Coast Investors, is a hedge fund   created to invest exclusively in short term commercial real estate loans.
